  • Shipping Methods: We offer for now one shipping option to ensure your order arrives on time, express shipping.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the products. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process before shipment. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 business days for faster shipping.
      Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping within Egypt only. If you're outside Egypt, please check back later as we may expand to international shipping in the future.

  • Some areas may have additional delivery times due to local postal service limitations.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your package has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), the delivery agent will collect payment upon arrival of the order.

6. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a missed delivery notice or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions on the notice to arrange another delivery or pick-up.

7. Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

  • Missing or Lost Shipments: In case your order does not arrive or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will assist you in resolving the issue immediately, whether that involves a replacement or refund.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Customs and Duties

  • Customs Fees: For shipments within Egypt, there are no additional customs fees or duties. For international orders (if applicable in the future), customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
